|
A building warrant is another statuatory consent that is generally required for all works, including many internal modifications. The requirements of building control are of a more technical nature with an emphasis on method of construction and provision of services including power, heating, light, drainage and water. An application fee is required by the statuatory authority. We will prepare and submit all necessary application paperwork and drawings along with the necessary technical specification in order to obtain the necessary building warrant for your project. Many projects will require the input of a structural engineer at this stage and we can assist in providing you with contacts in this field to suit most project sizes should this be necessary.
