Once a builder has been appointed and a contract is in place we can provide a service administering the terms of the contract on your behalf. Including: issue of certificates to release payment for work depending on the stage of completion visit the site at appropriate stages to monitor the build quality. Attend and minute site meetings. Provide certification once a project is complete. Issue variation certificates when alterations to the agreed contract are required during the works.

We are happy to meet with you and discuss your ideas with no committment on you to commission further work. This introductory meeting is free, provided you are within a reasonable distance to our office otherwise a small fee to cover travel expenses will be requested. Following this initial meeting a fee proposal for our professional services can be provided which will be tailored to your projects requirements. Our fee is generally quoted as a lump sum which is paid in stages at the completion of specific milestones in the project. We provide a fully detailed schedule of payments at the outset of a project for your agreement and a standard form of the RIAS Chartered architects appointment.
