To achieve a good level of quality to your building finish we recommend that a detailed set of
construction drawings are prepared and ,dependent of the type and scale of project, a schedule
of works along with a full material specification.

A full construction information package will allow you to obtain the most accurate price from a
builder and help minimise any problems on site with regard to build quality and finish.

We recommend that a standard form of contract is used with all construction projects and will
advise you on the most appropriate form of contract for your project.

Introduction

We are happy to meet with you and discuss your ideas with no committment on you to commission further work. This introductory meeting is free, provided you are within a reasonable distance to our office otherwise a small fee to cover travel expenses will be requested.

Following this initial meeting a fee proposal for our professional services can be provided which will be tailored to your projects requirements.

Our fee is generally quoted as a lump sum which is paid in stages at the completion of specific milestones in the project. We provide a fully detailed schedule of payments at the outset of a project for your agreement and a standard form of the RIAS Chartered architects appointment.
